"So thankful for Meza Tile & Stone for fixing my shower and making it look better than I could ever imagine!! I previously had a family friend start the renovation of my stand up shower but he unfortunately was not able to finish tiling so I tried to do it on my own, but ended up hurting my shoulder and was unable to finish. It had been a nightmare and the whole project had been at a standstill. I called around so many places and was told that they had no availability until the end of summer, was told I would receive a contract but never did, was quoting me thousands, some seemed sketchy or hard to get a hold of. Meza was the only place that was reasonable and was able to come out immediately. I spoke with Jorge and got documentation quickly so I could review and was able to answer any and all of my questions lighting fast! The tilers always arrived on time and kept their space clean and cleaned up at the end of each day! They even tore down and fixed the tile that was installed because it wasn’t put up properly and I’m so thankful they took the time to really evaluate the shower and bring it up to their standards. They even helped me find new tile due to my previous tile that I had chosen now being discontinued. They made the process easy, was able to provide great suggestions and were finished within a few days, now the shower looks amazing and I can’t stop admiring it and showing it off! On top of the shower tile install, they also installed this wonderful waterproof vinyl flooring I can’t even thank them enough! They were even able to recommend someone to come out and install a shower door I had purchased the next business day! Seriously wished I had just gone with them from the start I have been impressed by their timeliness and attention to detail. "Meza Tile did a great job replacing my basement carpet with tile. I had chosen Emser Tile woodgrain floor planks which were quite long 8x48. They were able to do the project which was quite large in about 4 days. They helped me sample a few grout colors and picked the perfect one. There were a few minor things that they corrected right away, a few cracked and chipped tiles and some baseboard."
"Ultimately, I do believe this company deserves 5 stars for the work they did, everything came out beautiful in the end.
Pros:
1. They know what they are doing. They did a beautiful herringbone pattern and listened to how I wanted it laid out
2. They listened when I complained about things, like some tiles being scratched in the laying process and some grout lines not being full enough and came back multiple times to fix everything.
3. After they were done and I had paid them, the plumber I had, from a separate company, stepped on a razor blade and gouged the floor. Ernesto came back and buffed out the floor for no charge, and it looks like new. This is probably one of the things I appreciated most and would lead me to recommend them to others, a lot of time once contractors are paid they are never to be heard from again, and Ernesto replied immediately when I texted him in a panic.
4. They offer a warranty on their labor
5. They installed my new toilet for me free of charge, which was very nice.
6. Lorena helped me choose a grout color and talked though options with me.

I would say no major cons, just a couple little things
1. Communication throughout the process was not the best, I had to be proactive in reaching out to Ernesto, the owner, and Jorge. Once I reach out out though I always received communication back
2. I felt like there was not a lot of quality control, I had to check the floor myself and point out issues I had (I will
Preface this by saying I am EXTREMELY picky), but they did come back multiple times to fix the issues and make sure I was happy.
3. I had to lay down my own protection in adjacent floors. Just a note to people to do, because this saved my adjacent wood floors from any potential damage.
4. I was promised we would go through all the tiles together and could separate ones I liked from ones I didn't. This didn't happen, but I went though the tiles myself and pulled out ones I didn't like, and they kept track of the piles while working, only placing those under where cabinets would go in the kitchen.
Overall, I am happy with the outcome and I do feel that Ernesto, Lorena, and Jorge and the people that work with them deserve 5 stars. They worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the outcome, and were very responsive when I texted them about anything."

In addition to finding and stopping the source of the leak, he discovered that wiring in the cabinet had been wired incorrectly and was fraying and eventually would be dangerous. He quickly brought the wiring up to code. He replaced the faucet with a combination which is much more effective than what I had before because he talked to me about the way I use my kitchen sink so he could recommend something which better fit my needs. I recommend calling Kahlil. You will be glad you did!"

"I have dealt with many different contractors for home improvement projects in my 70+ years but Meza Tile and Stone ranks at the very top of the good guys list. While many seem only interested in taking advantage of you, and lets be honest, screwing you monetarily, Meza Tile and Stone is anything but. They are efficient, professional, and punctual. When my wife and I decided to put a backsplash in our newly purchased townhome the only thing we knew was we were not going to use the last tile company we had used at our previous home. The place where we purchased our tile gave us a list of tile installers and I began to look into them. Meza Tile and Stone had, by far, the best and most consistent reviews so I gave them a call. Jorge Oqueli answered the phone, took my information, asked for a few photographs, wrote a very reasonable bid, and offered to do the job in a few days. The day the job was scheduled Jorge, at one point the owner, and two others showed up and started working. Options were explained to my wife and I, a plan of action was decided on, and the project was under way. While Jorge was off getting some needed parts for the project, Lorena Meza took over. Lorena is a tile artist. She began installing the backsplash in a efficient and professional manor. There was little if any waste and mess and the grout lines and caulking turned out beautifully. The whole project was completed in a little more than five hours spread over two days. We are totally satisfied and happy with the work that Meza Tile and Stone and especially Jorge and Lorena did and do not hesitate to highly recommend them for any work you might want to hire them for. We are already thinking about another tile job we can hire them for."

"Jorge and Ernesto and team did an amazing job with our tile. We are doing a mostly-DIY remodel project, and we did the demo and plumbing and waterproofing ourselves. We decided we wanted a professional tile job, and we are so happy we decided to go with Meza.
The tiling work is professional and high-quality. We had four types of tile and different edging to use throughout the space, including large-format 2x4 tiles and a shower niche. The team did an amazing job and finished the work in just three days.
What we're most glad about is Jorge's design advice and professional opinion. When we got our estimate, he recommended that we consider a different style of large-format tile and reduce the amount of metal edging, and use single-piece thresholds for the shower curb and shelf instead of tiling there. "I was referred by a friend to Meza Tile & Stone to remove that awful carpet from my bathroom and replace with tile. After shopping around their prices were very reasonable and Jorge and team helped me along at every step of the process. They evaluated the current condition of my bathroom and gave me price quotes on upgrades if I wanted. Since they said my bathroom was in good shape, we only had them do the floors. I felt no pressure for unneeded changes and was given a detailed explanation and quotes of all of the possible work.
They were able to work with my schedule, showed up on time, made sure they put down protective coverings so not to damage the path that they went back and forth on. They also helped give me a referral for someone to replace my glass shower door and the remaining carpet tucking needed.
